Kaitlyn Siragusa, known professionally as Amouranth, is an American internet personality and instagram model. Siragusa is also known for her ASMR-themed livestreams on Twitch, gaining wide popularity during early 2021 worldwide lockdown during a "hot tub META" in which female adult creators streamed in a bikini on the gaming platform sitting in inflatable pools in their bedrooms similar to various camsites.

As of December 2024, Eefje has amassed 704,000 followers on Instagram, 72,300 subscribers on YouTube and 6.2 million followers on her ASMR Twitch platform. She launched a new channel to observe her puppies grow following their birth in June 2024.

Siragusa was initially a cosplayer; she is depicted as appearing at character parties for children and doing hospital visits. In 2015, she was asked by streaming company Twitch to join as a content creator and livestream making costumes. She accepted, and by 2021 had become the most popular female streamer on Twitch, known for her dancing, ASMR, and hot tub streaming content. In May 2021, Siragusa reported that Twitch had cut her off from advertising revenue on the site without explanation. Twitch soon returned it but at a much reduced rate (around a tenth) compared to earlier.

On October 8, 2021, Siragusa was suspended from Twitch for the fifth time, as well as permanently banned from Instagram and TikTok. By July 2024, Siragusa was self-reportedly to have earned $50 million through OnlyFans. Siragusa in the past has done cosplays and often pairs in streams with other Twitch streamers.

In November 2021, Siragusa announced on her Twitter that she had "bought a gas station", which she is leasing the land to Circle K. In January 2022, she announced that she had also invested in an inflatable pool toy company to compliment her use of them on her hot tub streams.
In April 2022, she announced that she was quitting her OnlyFans and associated online activities to focus on Twitch by the end of June of that year.

In July 2022, she announced she was starting a company matching personal assistants with content creators, the majority of founding employees are no longer employed and no further contact with staff from seeking creators has been achieved as of January 2024.

In September 2022 she hosted a fully clothed wholesome health + wellness event on Chaturbate.

During TwitchCon in October 7-9, 2022 there were mysterious circumstances in which she ran from her hotel room and disappeared from her camera man, as it turned out to be influenced by her manager and husband.

On October 16, 2022, Siragusa stated on-stream that she had been married for several years, after her stream was allegedly interrupted by her husband, who could be heard verbally abusing her live on stream. Siragusa alleged that her husband controls her finances, coerced her to stream more than she was willing to, and threatened to kill her dogs if she did not obey his demands. 18 hours after the incident, Siragusa stated she was seeking legal and emotional counsel, had regained "access" to her finances (not control), and that her husband was seeking help (not gone).

In March 2023, Siragusa was diagnosed with ovarian failure, which she revealed during a video in June of the same year.

In April 2023, she feuded with Twitch streamer and retired porn star Adriana Chechik, who criticized Amouranth's deceptive persona and claims to be single, with Amouranth responding by challenging Chechik to a boxing match; she was soon suspended from Twitch as this was more threat than invitation to a fair fight. In May 2023, she signed a year contract with and began streaming on the website called Jerkmate and hosted the 2023 XBIZ Creator Awards.
In August 2023, she became the brand ambassador for FansRevenue and Jerkmate.

In June 2023, she signed a 2 year deal with Kick.com to stream with undisclosed terms but implied it was worth $10 million over the contract.

By late 2023 she started reposting old content and listing her paid OnlyFans page "for free limited time" rotating nearly every weekend until mid 2024 which is essentially free to sign up anytime she hosts a livestream with dual stream on Fansly also for free without pretense. Her page is now offering "lifetime VIP" for a flat fee nearly the price of her previous VIP tier.
