From what I've read, she said she had to gain 20 pounds for the role of Helen of Troy, she never did any surgery on them. She was very skinny at the beginning of her career and nowadays her breasts have gotten smaller again due to weight loss.

I did watch it, and her sideboob looks 100% natural. The curvature you describe does look suspicious, but given how soft her breasts are and how loose her skin tissue is it looks more like a skin fold.

I think so, she gave a couple of interviews in which she confirmed they are natural and all the labels she worked with have her listed as natural. They are suspiciously perky though. However, they are probably to squishy and soft to be fake.
